My research goal is to improve the understanding about the aerosol-climate-ecosystem interaction. The atmospheric aerosols such as black carbon, sulfate and dust have significant impacts on global and regional climate. Through modulating the precipitation, temperature and other parameters, these climate impacts can be delivered to ecosystem and pedosphere, thus further disturb the atmosphere aerosol properties via wildfires, dust storms and oceanic NPP changes.
