The symposium will be June 8-10, 2009, at the Annenberg Presidential Conference Center on the Texas A&M University campus in College Station (map). Parking in the PCC lot (43) is available to anyone with a valid TAMU parking hang tag.

The closest airport is College Station (CLL), which is just a few minutes from the hotel and the University. It is served by Continental and American Airlines. Nearby large airports are Houston-IAH (about a 90-minutes drive from College Station) and Austin (about a 2-hour drive from College Station). Flying into Houston or Austin will require renting a car. If you fly into CLL, you will likely not require a car.

Please ask for group code NORTH or the "North Conference" to get the conference rate of $95/night. The deadline for making reservations is May 17th at 5pm.
